Job Description

Summary: Design, develop and maintain all customized oracle applications according to business requirements. Prepare technical designs for all functional business requirements and develop using efficient codding strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

To understand assigned task requirements and develop on the basis of given specifications with the consultation of the seniors.

To design form & report, code and maintain the Oracle systems based on established standards.

To develop and customize forms and reports as per design.

To design and develop complex Database Packages, Procedures, Functions and Triggers on Oracle Database using SQL and PL/SQL as per designed logic.

To create summary designs and address fix/enhancement code change to support story’s acceptance criteria.

To perform deployment of new developments on production server.

To adept at all stages of project lifecycle, from business requirements and technical definitions to development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production support, and completion.

To write clear codes and prepare coding documentations for new developments.

To analyze and troubleshoot new development issues in a timely manner.

R & D on new technologies if required.

Updating team leader about assigned tasks status on daily basis.

Skills

Oracle Development Suite 6i/10g (Forms & Reports), BI publisher

Database Tools and IDEs like Toad, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Developer and SQL*Plus

Oracle EBS R12 Schemas & interface tables understanding

Good Verbal communication and having well command in written communication.

Should have soft attitude

Be honest with his work

High Confidence Level

Provide assistance to others when they need it

Good supporting role with others at work
