Job Description

 

Our client is looking for a candidate for Product Support Team to perform technical responsibilities. The candidate would be responsible to analyze logs, perform configurations, testing in proto environments. Looking for a candidate that is sound, team player, analytical and energetic.

 Duties:

  • Provide L2 support and troubleshoot escalated queries and questions.
  • Perform configurations and testing in proto environments.
  • Able to roll out configuration changes in Production.
  • Respond to tickets in portal, assign/escalate to dedicated teams with complete details and steps in a timely manner.  

Work shift:

  • Candidate should be flexible to work in Eastern Standard Time. Willing to work on weekends if need be.

 

 

Skills

  • Technically Sound and dependable.
  • Able to investigate logs and provide resolution to assigned tickets.
  • Ability to handle real time Production issues and possess problem solving skills.
  • Database knowledge (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB) would be a plus.
  • FIX Protocol knowledge would be plus.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
