Our client is looking for an aspiring and energetic member to join us as an Online Bidding Manager and help us expand our clientele. The incumbent will must have the dedication to create and apply an effective bidding strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients via freelance sites
Ideal candidate should have strong analytical mindset, self-motivated and disciplined
Writing proposals, deciding costing, estimation, online bidding and negotiations
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales though online bidding, for our services, from prospecting to closure
Bid effectively to create a work pipeline. Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.
Building a customer database and follow up on old leads as needed
Interacting with customers and project development team for smooth execution of project to ensure client retention.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Well rounded awareness of web and app development (you don't need to be a coder)
Meet monthly quota of projects/Sales.
Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype.
