Animator / Creative Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

The candidate would be preferred to work in 12 pm to 9 pm (PKT) shift in the Karachi office.

Ability to brainstorm and create new creative design solutions based on provided requirements.

Conceptualize, and design product/company brand guidelines logos with brief, colors, fonts, etc. based on FinTech Industry.

Design product/company marketing collaterals tear sheet/brochure, pitch decks, reports, animations in UI, snippets, event’s branding, etc.  with US standards.

Staying up to date on the latest graphics, and animation design techniques and trends.

Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Create and deliver graphics, infographics, storyboards, and motion designs for various platforms.

Ready to take real ownership of your role on each project and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the final design.

Nice to Have - A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and design skills; a track record of diverse experiences; and a refined aesthetic sensibility.

Experience with US clients would be a plus.

Skills

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop along with MS Office Word and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of design/animation layouts, infographics, typography, compositions, Web & mobile App Assets design/animation and print media.

Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills written & verbal and can clearly articulate their ideas, designs, and suggestions.

Understanding of JIRA/Slack/Asana/Miro for task management.

Team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
