Our client is looking for an experienced individual to lead and oversee our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives, with a strong focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations.
Job Description:
As the ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of ERP projects, particularly those involving Oracle E-Business Suite, tailored to meet the specific needs of the textile industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes. Your role is vital in streamlining our business operations, enhancing productivity, and facilitating business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP implementations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel and technology.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders. Address concerns, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
ERP Implementation:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Oversee system configurations, data migration, testing, and customization.
Monitor and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality control standards and best practices. Conduct regular project assessments to ensure deliverables meet established criteria.
Budget Management:
Monitor project expenses and resource allocation. Ensure that ERP projects stay within budget while meeting quality and functionality requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project status reports to executive leadership. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Change Management:
Implement change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the ERP system. Train and support end-users to maximize the system's capabilities.
Strong understanding of ERP principles, practices, and technologies.
Knowledge of the textile industry and its specific operational requirements.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite applications, modules, and configurations.
Experience with business process analysis and reengineering.
Change management and training experience.
