Basic Function
The System Engineer – T1C provides high-level technical support to the clients & vendors with the day-to-day business of the organization and responsible for supporting lower tiers in operational activities. This individual exhibits a high level of professionalism and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors. This individual is a self-starter, extremely organized and has a keen eye for detail and technically sound.
Principal Responsibilities
Assist lower tiers – 1a, 1b.
Handle complex desktop issues those are escalated from lower tiers.
Clear understanding of helpdesk tickets and able to perform solely.
Good knowledge of server and capability to verify health of server through different tools.
Work Schedule
Fixed night Monday to Friday 09 PM to 06 AM
During the Festival season and periods of high work volume, extra workday, and hours as necessary. Hello, World!
Excellent level of communication verbal and written.
Experience with DNS, DHCP servers & exposure with Active Directory
Highly skilled in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Microsoft 365.
Good understanding of security applications. VPN and Firewall.
Good experience with Backup Solution Technologies and Hyper V environment.
High level of organizational, time management and customer relations skills.
Detail oriented, accurate and able to act as team player.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
